Leaders work every day to
create
a safer, more productive, higher performing, more diverse, and more just work environment.
They lead with empathy, have fun at work, and make it easy for others to have fun. You serve the people around you, by first understanding what they need to give their best so you can do your best to support them. In fact, view everyone as a customer. The way you treat airline employees or waitstaff, for example, will greatly influence the service you receive.

Have you ever invented a service, product , or process that could truly be described as unique? give me an example of a time that you were faced with a complex problem, but the solution you designed could be described as simple.

But certainly they must include a measure of inherent ability to control and direct, self-confidence based on expert knowledge, initiative, loyalty, pride and sense of responsibility. Inherent ability cannot be instilled, but that which is latent or dormant can be developed. Other ingredients can be acquired. They are not easily learned. But leaders can be and are made. ”– general c.
